Description: Luke 6:1-11 Have you ever gone on a great vacation and come home absolutely exhausted? Often times our level of fatigue has very little to do with how much work we are doing or not doing and a lot to do with our perspective about who is actually at work. The Pharisees thought that they could make people rest. They thought if they required each person to take a day without work, that rest would be assured. But we all know that isn’t true. In this passage, Jesus points us to a deeper truth: our rest is determined by who we believe is really in charge.
