Christmas Eve Candlelight Services

Centuries before the manger, Isaiah painted a picture of Jesus as a great light breaking through darkness. Even one light can transform what once felt overwhelming or unclear. That promise still holds true today. Jesus continues to shine hope into places that feel heavy, uncertain, or weary. This season reminds us that God stepped into our world to bring peace, joy, and a new beginning. One beloved carol says, "A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices." That is the heart of Christmas. Jesus arrives like the sun rising after a long night, warming and awakening our souls with grace and love.

We would be honored to celebrate with you. Join us for Christmas Eve at South Fellowship Church on Dec. 24th at 2:00 & 4:00pm.

Kids Ministry is available for ages 3 and under. Our 4:00pm service will also be available via livestream.

Where can I park?

We have a large main parking lot on the west side of our strip mall, and additional parking by our Early Learning Center (southwest side) and our Food Bank entrance (northeast side).

When should I arrive?

Our Christmas Eve services tend to fill up quickly! We suggest arriving 15 minutes before the start of either service.

This is my first time visiting, what should I expect?

We're so glad to have you! Feel free to help yourself to our hot cocoa bar and homemade Christmas cookies in the church lobby upon your arrival. Staff and volunteers will be stationed at our main entrances and can help answer any questions you might have.

Kids 3 and under are welcome to attend South Kids, located just south of our main lobby (look for the "Family Check-in" sign above the doors). Kids ages PreK-5th grade are invited to grab a Christmas Activity Packet (available at the Worship Center entrances) before heading into the service!

Our Christmas Eve services will consist of worship and a short message and conclude with singing Silent Night by candlelight – about an hour long in total.

Also, be sure to stop by the "New Here" table in the lobby before or after service. We'd love to meet you and give you a free gift!
