Kathy Pachal
Director of Kids Ministry
Kathy Pachal brings many years of experience leading Kids Ministry in the Denver metro area. When God called her to children’s ministry to help a friend, she was a quintessential reluctant volunteer. It was during her early years, and to her great surprise, that God further began to shape and define her calling.
Kathy considers it an amazing and humbling privilege to lead kid’s ministry volunteers to come alongside children and families to support the sacred work of spiritual formation in the church’s youngest members. Those a-ha moments when kids begin to discover Jesus are life-altering for both the child and the adults who bear witness to the Holy Spirit’s transforming work.
Together with her husband Gary, they have been involved in church ministry for many years, leading small groups and volunteering in various other areas of the church. Though they take this kingdom work seriously, they also do their very best to laugh and have fun along the way.
Gary and Kathy have 7 adult children, 11 grandchildren, and a new puppy named Juni. Kathy loves early mornings, coffee, and walking in every season through all kinds of weather!
