Acts 10:1-48 It’s something we will have to do throughout our lives. We MUST do it if we follow the way of Jesus. Jesus invites us to be disciples. That word means an apprentice, student, or learner. Any learning requires us to let go of old ways of doing things or old beliefs to take hold of superior ones. Learning is letting go! In this passage, we learn about Peter, a man who walked with Jesus for three years and was called to let go of some of the things he believed in and how he lived. If Jesus asks him to let go, is it possible he might have the same invitation for us?
