As I was preparing for the message that I gave on Ephesians 2:1-10 yesterday, I was reminded of the words of this hymn:

Could we with ink the ocean fill,
And were the skies of parchment made,
Were every stalk on earth a quill,
And every man a scribe by trade,
To write the love of God above,
Would drain the ocean dry.
Nor could the scroll contain the whole,
Though stretched from sky to sky.

Pretty amazing imagery.

In Ephesians 2:5-7 it states,

[5] even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—[6] and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, [7] so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:5-7 ESV)

I love verse 7. It essentially states that we will enjoy, celebrate, and EXTEND the glories of his grace throughout all eternity. Not even eternity will be enough time to sing of his love, speak pf his grace, and marvel at his saving. His grace are immeasurable! wow
