We love Jesus & Yoga! This class is taught by Sarah Brown, a certified Holy Yoga Instructor, and founder of fitness ministry Adoration Yoga.
This is not a traditional yoga class! Holy Yoga is purely focused on worshipping Christ Jesus and building a community that encourages one another in faith and fitness. Classes include prayer, worship music, scripture meditation and physical postures designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation.
Class Type Descriptions:
Tuesday Gentle Flow (7-8pm): A quiet, slow-paced and restorative class designed to increase flexibility and relaxation. All fitness levels welcome.
Saturday Slow Flow (8:30-9:30am): Designed to build flexibility, strength, balance and to increase your heart rate! Poses are customizable to make class more challenging or gentle based on your needs. All fitness levels welcome.
Join us in the Activities Room – located near the preschool at the south end of the campus. Enter the brown fenced gate, walk through courtyard straight ahead through the glass door.
